Refund policy

We follow a strict quality-check process to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition.

IMPORTANT: Package Opening Video is Mandatory
A clear, continuous package opening video is compulsory for any return or exchange request.
The video must clearly show:
• The sealed package
• The unboxing process
• The product and issue clearly visible

Requests without a proper package opening video will NOT be accepted under any circumstances.

Return & Exchange Eligibility:
We accept return or exchange ONLY in the following cases:
• Product received is damaged
• Wrong size received
• Wrong product received

Exchange Policy:
• Exchange is available within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original tags and packaging must be intact

Non-Eligible Cases:
• No return or exchange without opening video
• No return on sale or discounted products
• No return for minor colour variation (due to lighting/screen differences)
• No return for personal preference issues

Refunds:
• Refunds are processed only after product inspection
• Approved refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days
• Shipping charges are non-refundable
