Yes.
A continuous, unedited package opening video showing the sealed package and product issue is mandatory.
Without this video, no return or exchange will be processed.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes, exchange is available within 7 days of delivery, subject to:

Do you provide refunds?
Refunds are issued only after product inspection and approval.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Will you accept returns for colour differences?
No.
Minor colour variations may occur due to lighting or screen resolution and are not considered defects.

No.
Accessories, jewellery, and bottoms shown are only for styling purposes unless mentioned otherwise.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
